The information that we require for the ‘1st hole from top’ is the distance (in millimeters) from the top edge of the door to the centre of the first hinge hole down.
The information that we require for the ‘2nd hole from top’ is the distance (in millimeters) from the top edge of the door to the centre of the second hinge hole down.
(only required for doors over 1000mm).
The information that we require for the ‘1st hole from bottom’ is the distance (in millimeters) from the bottom edge of the door to the centre of the first hinge hole up.
The information that we require for the ‘2nd hole from bottom’ is the distance (in millimeters) from the bottom edge of the door to the centre of the second hinge hole up.
(only required for doors over 1500mm).
The term ‘handing’ relates to which side of the door is connected to the cabinet by the hinges.
If you do not require hinge holes in the back of your new doors you do not need to worry about the handings.
